Self-Care Tips to Stay Healthy
Self-care is a discipline. It will keep you healthy so you can continue to help others. With the importance of Social Distancing, this is an opportune time to practice self-care.
In the midst of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, the nation and the rest of the world is in panic. It is normal for everyone to feel the panic and anxiety from news outlet and social media. However, a constant state of panic and fear will not help yourself or your loved ones and can potentially become detrimental to your health.
With that said, it is important to find the time to practice self-care, which is essential to decrease stress, boost immunity, and promote your own health and wellness during this difficult time. Here are some general tips from the Center for East-West Medicine that we have created for our staff and our patients.
