Dr. Cynthia Diep is a California licensed dentist with clinical practice focusing in Orofacial Pain and Sleep Medicine. She is a graduate of UCLA School of Dentistry and the UCLA Orofacial Pain and Sleep Medicine residency.
Dr. Diep is a California Licensed Acupuncturist and Diplomat of Acupuncture with the NCCAOM. She is also a clinical educator at the UCLA Orofacial Pain Clinic and a teaching faculty at the UCLA Center for East-West Medicine in Santa Monica. Dr. Diep conducts researches on measuring Acupuncture treatment outcomes for burning mouth syndrome with salivary biomarkers. She was a research-associate in UCLA school of medicine Neurology department, studying of anti-convulsants and blood brain barrier. She was a member of the parade committee of the Pasadena Tournament of Rose, volunteered as an acupuncturist for athletes at Los Angeles Special Olympic, provided free dental treatments for HIV and AID children in Vietnam and Cambodia.
